That info has been going around for a number of years. I guess it finally became public. Doesn't make it any less dangerous, though.
Another one is painting handguns in neon colors so they look like toys. I almost shot a 16 year old carrying the following. It's an airsoft, btw. I still get the shakes when I think about it.
