 my Valor goes out of my holster and on to the nightstand. It's back in the holster the next morning.

A Glock 23, with 13 round G22 mag (with attached grip extension) and Elzetta Bravo with AVS head (with flood optic) live on the nightstand.
A Benelli M4 lives in the corner about 5 feet from the bed.
