Here is the pic from my other thread. Not as cool as serial number "1911", but 1913 is when the Marines adopted the 1911 (I think)

I had a Kimber once, years ago. Nice gun, before they turned completely WTF.
I decided to get a .45 again and everything I found and the people I asked either said to get the Valor or get a Colt and do everything to it the Valor has done.
