Excellent, when I was the PoPo I saw a lot of burglaries where they just pushed a window shaker in and crawled through the hole.
Maybe I can convert the utility room/shed to a storage unit only with large safe bolted to floor and ammo on shelves. I'd just have to find work area somewhere else. Builder just quoted 60-80k for basically 400 sq ft man cave area incorporating gun room. I think I'll go simpler and use a bedroom or something as workshop since it will just be wife and I. (last birdie out of nest in 1 yr)
