I just got back from my LGS, he says he won't sell the rifles cause he cannot get them ammo, and if it becomes available it is an arm and a leg.
I thought a member here was looking for it, my memory is for sh*t. I need to search threads tonite when kids are sleeping.

Ya, you caught my quote before my many edits, it was a learning experience LOL

I got it confused with the .17 HMR which my OP has been updated to remove the inaccurate info...

Y looks like a niche find for sure, and the only link to the actual sale of the ammo was out of stock and no backorder, looks like it may have been discontinued or in very rare limited runs? Either way, tough news for guys that own a rifle that chambers that!

I think I remembered who was looking for it, sent him a PM. I'm gonna lose anyway, the guy owed me more than it could ever be worth, but I didn't want to stress him, he is not doing well so I just said OK.
