To make matters worse, the teacher was a reserve police officer.
So what's worse, a teacher with a ND or a reserve LEO with a ND? I'm no NRA safety instructor, but shouldn't the first thing he did was clear the pistol? Wait, it was probably a block with the brake pedal on the gas pedal. Ya, that's probably the case.
