Nice pics.........

Tell them what wooods you can get...............................

Honestly, the sky is the limit on wood. If it is for sale somewhere, we can get it. I am going to do a run of insanely figured Desert Ironwood in the near future. A lot of our pieces are going to be from Amboyna, Box Elder, Walnut, Ebony, and hopefully some Australian Eucalyptus species. There are also going to be some things that no one has ever seen before, some grip materials that will be unique to us. I can't wait to show them, but I want to have one available before I tell you what it is.

Do you offer any stippling or checkering on your beautiful grips?

I think that checkering would ruin the looks of that beautiful wood!!

Just my opinion but I learned long ago that it does not count for much!!!

I agree, but if someone wants something, and I think I can do a good job of it, I will try it. If it looks like crap, I won't offer it. I am a custom grip maker, but I reserve the right to refuse requests that devalue my work.

Nice looking stuff RB. I especially like the gnarly desert ironwood grips I've seen in other threads. When you have a set done up, definately want pictures. Good luck with your endeavor!

It looks like the Am-Box Elder-nya is SPF. Good news is that I have another set of 6 grips coming up this weekend. Also, I am starting to move into more rare stock of wood. The prices on those pieces will be more, but they will be in a whole different class from what you have seen. I am ecstatic to show you what we have in store!

I am not sure, I will mention it to my father in law and see what he thinks. Stippling will be easier to do, but I like checkering better.
