Ok... I think I got my confusion under control. Here's what I think I've figured out.
1. CBOB is the Classic stainless COMMANDER frame and slide, with a bobtail. No longer produced. 2. VBOB is an updated version of the CBOB, slightly different checkering, maybe different sights and grips. Small changes. 3. Guardian is a VBOB with an alloy frame. 4. CCO is an officer's alloy frame with a Commander slide And in order of preference, I'm preferring CCO in .45, Then... oh my..... The Guardian in 9mm (if I ever get the extra money) Sounds about right. Dontchathink? Da ![]()
