Are Japanese kitchen knives allowed?

Tadatsuna chukabocho and Hiromoto gyuto, both sharpened and rehandled by Dave Martell with spalted walnut and mosaic center pin. Sharp!

A couple that my son gave me. His company does a lot with Husqvarna so they sent him some little pocket knives!!


Have you ever seen any of these??

Can you guess what they are called?

They were made back in the 70's by Harry Sanford, the father of the 44 AutoMag pistol!!
