That's exactly my reason for sharing it. It is so easy to get complacent when you deal with something for so long and on such a frequent basis. All it takes is one slip. Although, his was not so much a slip as a severe lack of judgement. Either way, it is very unfortunate. What a shame to lose someone who spent so much time and dedication, endured so much physical and mental stress, and proven his mettle to achieve his trident.

While this is truly tragic and my prayers are with this young mans family, I can't help but think "Darwin Award Winner" at this moment.
