Review
I cleaned my CBOB & Silverback today using this tool. I found it very useful!
It made it easy to clean the rails and channels thoroughly. It even works well to scrape carbon deposits off! I'm sure this nifty tool will be a useful addition to the cleaning tools I already have.

Another Great Point!
This tool also works very well to clean the chambers and channels of AR Rifles!
 I also have one of these: http://www.brownells.com/gunsmith-to...prod26727.aspx The tool I mentioned in my OP is Stronger and a Great Companion to the 10-8. The 10-8 is not as rigid and sturdy, but each tool has it's Merits! Great Together!
