Default Meet My Little Friend!!!

Here is my RIA TCM 22 Mid Size that was custom built for me by Arnel the Master gunsmith at Armscor in Nevada. This was one of only a very few made at the time but now it will be available very soon as a production item.

I picked up an inexpensive light for it just to see how it would look and if I would actually like or even use it. It looks pretty good but the only thing that concerns me with a light on the gun is in a true defensive situation at night it would most likely make you a target with the light turned on!!!

That is sweet! I wasn't familiar with the .22 TCM cartridge, but found this little video:

How expensive is ammo going to be? How about reloading supplies? I looked like a double stack magazine, does that make the grip wider than a standard 1911?

I think I must have one. Or two.

Lane

Lane, with the situation the way it has been ammo has been in the $25.00 up to $40.00 range for a box of 50 rounds. Die sets are available as well as brass and bullets. You can form your own brass from 223 cases but that is a pain in the neck.

The grip is wide, the same as a double stack 1911.

The 5" or full size TCM 22 comes with a 9MM barrel but the 4" or Mid Size version is a dedicated TCM 22 platform.

Lane, sent you a PM the other day!!

I handled one a few months back at my LGS.... The double stack thickness on the grip was way to big for me. I just (coining a pun here) "couldn't get my hands around it".... Bigger hands would find it comfortable, no doubt. I'll stick to my single stack. Would be nice if Armscor produced one in single stack. I'd be on it in a New York minute!
