To all Sworn Law Enforcement. I will be offering a defensive pistol and carbine course at Okeechobee Shooting Sports. Your cost for the course and range is zero. Bring your duty guns and lots of Ammo. I am a combat Marine Veteran Primary Marksmanship Instructor. I will teach you to gunfight. This is not an academy course. South Florida Gun School and Hollywood Tactical in Lakeport Florida, are going to be supporting our sworn Law Enforcement Officers on 08/27-08/28. We want to help you stay alive. Free Firearms  ingSaturday- Defensive Pistol Course 8:30-4:00. the cost to officers is your travel, lodging and ammo We will be covering Defensive Pistol Fundamentals The difference between combat accuracy and target accuracy OODA Loop work Color Codes of Awareness Pistol Deployment Malfunctions and remedial action Differences between Cover and Concealment and how to use Aimed Fire, Flash sight Picture and Point shooting how and when to use. Shooting with movement- To, from and around cover Multiple target engagement. Drills Sunday 8:00-4:00 Defensive Carbine Fundamentals Positional Shooting Carbines and accessories Carbines, what they will and won't do Aftermarkets, what works and what is derp Deploying the carbine Malfunctions and remedial actions Using Cover and Concealment Drills I will be needing help from RSO's. We are also looking for Police Supply, ammo manufacturers or anyone in the gun industry as sponsors to offset some of the costs to sponsor this event. You must pre-register to attend.
