Valor because you are getting one hell of a gun, as good or better than the competitor, for hundreds less.

There is no wrong answer here IMO. Both are terrific and are on my wanted list. The Valor is higher on my list simply because Dan Wessons are quite simply the best bang for the buck in the production 1911 game.

I'm sold on the Valor's. Mine is an 09, it has the older sights, it's accurate as hell, and totally reliable. It's the nicest 1911 I've handled, I 've shot some Wilson's, but no Les Baers'.
