Thanks! Had the frame refinished. Shoots perfect! Very accurate, and zero malfunctions. The Kimpro finish sucked and chipped off, but all better now!

I'm guessing that's a Pro CDP? My first 1911 was a CDP full-size, still have it.
Yes, the KimPro II finish sucks, had mine refinished also. While Kimber was doing that, I had them switch out all the small frame parts from silver to black.
