Too many damn Yankees constantly moving down here to Florida. I fear this state will become the new Virginia.

A big part of it was there was a massive charge of people bailing out of the poor Southern states (coal mines, etc) and rushing up to the Northern states to make the BIG money/retirement/pensions/great medical coverage and all of the new housing/schools, etc for themselves and their families, now they're retiring to the retirement states or heading 'back home' with it all.
