Two of my platoon mates...we went through Parris Island and ITS at Camp Geiger together. When our orders to duty stations came, I went to 2nd Marines on Mainside Lejeune. They stayed at Geiger, to 8th Marines. They went to Beirut, and did not come back home alive.
