Micarta Grips
Maroon linen Micarta grips black linen Micarta grips I made these with a slight palm swell so the grain/layers of linen are visible like the grain on a piece of wood.

1911 Photo Grips
Prototype clear acrylic 1911 grips.
During WWII GIs made clear grips from plexiglass of downed aircraft and placed a photo under the grips. Here's my take on this.

Very Cool! For some reason, the desert ironwood has to be one of my favorite woods! The pattern in it is really cool.
Keep up the good work! |

I like the burled desert ironwood, the grain patterns are incredible.
