Default I need an EDC idea : fixed blade

I was hoping to be able to carry my SOG Seal Pup Elite but did some reading and found out that our state law only allows up to a 3.5" blade length. I already have plenty of folders so I'm not looking for that as an option.

My question for you is what would be a good fixed blade knife for EDC that is rugged and has a 3.5" blade or under?

Thanks,

Kevin

Move to Florida..with a concealed weapons license, if it does'nt explode, you can carry it..seriously..switchblades, billyclubs, ect I carry a Gerber double edged boot knife sometimes..might check into that..usually carry a Kershaw Tanto Blur spring assist. But then, I'm of the mindset..I already have a 1911 in .45 with two spare mags..probably just need the knife for cutting rope

Let me see, check out the Pendleton Hunter series from Cold Steel, the Pentagon Mini from SOG, Benchmade, Boker, Columbia River and Kershaw to name a few make fixed blade knives in the size that you are looking for.

Thanks for the replies. I still have my SOG Trident but it's not a fixed blade. It works well though.
