Default Got my Dillon back today

Once again i'm happy with Dillon. The threads that hold my tool head on got buggerd up so I sent it back for warranty repair. While I was waiting I picked up another a friend was selling. So now I got two and I won't need to switch the setup anymore to load for my daughter.

I'm IN!!!! Oh wait.... this isn't a karma .... is it.

Jealous though. I like my Lee 4 hole turret, and every time I think about taking the Blue plunge, I find that I'm set in my ways and stay in "batch mode."

NICE!! Love my 650! they are great people down there in AZ. When I was setting mine up I broke a roll pin, tried to buy a new one and they would have nothing with it they sent me a new one with a few goodies all on their dime, after I messed up.

Nice setup!

Not familiar with identifying Dillon presses on site, are those SDB, 550, or 650?

Me too. I keep debating jumping to a progressive, but the cost of caliber changes on a Dillon make me cringe. I'vr grown accustomed to $9.99 for a new turret disk + new set of dies.

May give a Load Master a try.

Those are both SDB's and they will only load for straight wall pistol. I got my first one off ebay cheap. Dillon has replaced it for me 3 times so far. I broke the frames on the last 2. After the 2nd frame broke I started to do full length resizes of my 38 super on a rock chucker single stage. I think resizing the hot race gun 38 super brass was hard on it. Plus the proprietary dies they use do not do a full length resize so you run the risk of a jam from a bulged piece of brass if your not case checking. As much as I load I should probably get a 650. It's on my list of wants but they have a bigger price tag.
