Default Damascus Knives - Old and New

I've had this Silver Stag knife and sheath for several years now:

But it gets better; much better.

Last year, I found a small Bowie knife and sheath for sale on another forum, and bought it for my Dad for Christmas. In doing so; I "met" Arley of Bad Blade Knives.

I contacted Mr. Arley at Bad Blades recently; and asked him to make me two Damascus knives and sheaths.

I received the first one Saturday:

I can't wait 'til the second one is finished!

Thanks, y'all!

Yes, I expect I'll be buying knives from Mr. Arley for as long as he'll keep making them.

I've been resisting, and I'm on a budget this year. But, you guys keep posting photos of these great looking knives and I'm going to have to spring for one of Arley's (and that would probably just lead to more than one).

Arley does great work. I have two of his. Plan to have more.
