Massive Bullet Setback
Today at the range I was letting a friend shoot my M1A using some Winchester .308 he had put back. The rifle jammed , when I cleared it this what I found. I've never seen anything this extreme, rifle runs fine on my normal ammo.

If that had been sealed good and went off sure could have caused some extreme pressure
