.... how often do you have to change out the batteries on the Inforce light? I’ve read that you have to unscrew the head piece when not in use because it’ll kill the battery even when in the off position.

Oof! Couldn’t tell you the last time I changed them. They last quite a bit. Since I’ve owned them, and it’s been a few years, maybe once or twice. More so on the handgun since I use it the most.

I hear ya! I went beyond junk drawer. I have two large Rubbermaid containers full of stuff in the attic that I’ve progressed from and no longer use.
