Something else to consider when thinking about "American made", is just where did the bar stock and other metals that are used in the frames, slides, barrels and all the small parts come from?
Pennsylvania steel mills? I think not, at least not all of it. Try China. Just sayin'.... |

Rich COTEP #762 A gun is a tool, no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that. And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be. In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. |

Reliability and durability for ccw, that's my primary concern and decision making factor hence Austria on my hip. But I did own fully American made Keltec at one point, not anymore.
From a collector's point of view... diversity!
