The biggest pain in the a** you'll probably ever have to deal with watches you from the mirror every morning.

Good judgment comes from experience, and most of that comes from bad judgment.

Thanks guys. I was amazed to score second in line for the first batch being released. In case anyone is interested, Shooters Connection out of Kentucky scooped the pistols STI produced for the Shot Show introduction. They will be receiving them inside of the next couple weeks. It is a very small batch which is already produced. They also have an actual order due in June when the first orders will be fulfilled. In June Dawson Precision and Brazos Custom will also receive pistols. Lead time for a custom (read Hard Chrome, single side safety or night site spec) is currently 20 weeks according to STI sales. I had a very enjoyable conversation with STI sales and that is how I was tipped regarding hos first delivery to Shooters Connection. I'm not sure which sights I'll get, but I'm second in line and I have 1st choice of the 45 ACPs. Shooters Connection claimed them all blind, so, they will call when they see what they receive.

They are also a class outfit that I enjoyed talking with. They learned the MSRP from me - LOL. They also got their delivery update from me. They are actually expecting them any day and I moved the balance of my payment over to my gun account this morning.

I'm also excited that I've got a Karma win that is a few months old that I think will be fun. I get to play SS Race guy and try out the Red Dot/Pistol combination (perfect justification for the rail) - should be interesting.

Thankfully I have a couple thousand 45 rounds stashed with components for a couple thousand more. I won't have to be shy about the new toy.

Thanks for the encouragement. I feel like a kid.

Looks delicious...like it's made of milk chocolate.

I guess a rail could come in handy. You know, like if you needed to mount a bayonet on it or something
