Wouldn't own a 1911 with a rail no matter how good looking or how ugly it is. But, that gun is a sin.

Meh, not something I would pay for but to each their own. I would probably take the Tiffany blue over this one but if the price was right.

Reminds me of the time my grandfather called me all excited. He found a Ruger .327 Federal at a cheap price. Had to have it as he has always gotten a kick out of .32s that can shoot .32 S&W, .32 S&W Long, 32 H&R Magnum, .32 Auto, and .327 Federal. He was very happy with the gun and happier with the price but refused to show it to me, he actually got a little disturbed when I finally got to see it. He told me with a very embarrassed tone that the reason it was so cheap was because it had pink grips. He loved it but to this day won't take it to the range.

Me either; I don't care for rails on a 1911.

As far as the finish, If I were buying something like that, I'd send it back to W/C for a new paint job.

Their Armor Tuff finish is pretty tough.

This is an '05 that I bought used several years ago with the AT finish:

There's a little wear on the front edge of the slide and frame, but several years of shooting IDPA drawing from a Kydex holster'll do that.

Opinions vary.
