The Corian takes a lot of final sanding with multiple grades of sand paper and buffing to remove all the deep sanding marks from the belt sander. Corian requires as much final sanding and buffing as the clear acrylic grips to remove all the sanding marks and to make em smooth as glass. I have more Corian grips in progress as well as desert ironwood, mesquite, spalted sycamore and cocobolo.

Thank you Dave!! I have a buddy that owns a countertop company and I can have all of the scraps but I did not know how to go about working them to the shape of a grip!!!
