I believe so. It has the safety inthe grip, and breaks open from the top.

It looks like it has very little use. The barrel is clean no rust and rifling good, grips look great. I tried to find a value on it, just for insurance but havent found the right place yet

My dad was a duck hunter. Ive got a few shot guns.

My aunt once mailed me a gun she said she found when going through her dad's (my G-dad) stuff after her mom passed. She just mailed it with a note explaining the circumstances, and acknowledging that she knows I collect guns, and she knows nothing about guns. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find an 8" sawed off shotgun....

this is when you lived in Hypothetical land right, because you would never admit to receiving a weapon in the mail while living in the US.

I can't control what arrives in my mail box. I'm pretty sure the statute of limitations has run out on that, by now, anyway.
