Yes I do need a holster ...
Haven't figured out what I will use yet. I'm sure I could get countless suggestions if I asked.

I don't think I've ever seen one wearing rubbers before.
I've got VZ 320s on mine the cheap 2-tone model. I've been using an RKBA pocket holster for mine. It occasionally comes out with the gun (depending on the pants), so I got a DeSantis Nemesis to use also. You didn't even need to ask.

... from what I have seen of Lane's work, I would certainly consider it. ... I should've known that I did not need to ask !  We all know how us "gun people" like to give our opinions whenever we can.
