Independently of the knife quality .. that description had me laughing! Yeah, I have a strange sense of humor, but found it silly. A team of surgeons? Deadliest?

Reminds me of the triangular bayonets outlawed by the Geneva and Hague accords for exactly that reason, the wound could not be cleanly closed and sutured, leading to lingering suffering and infection before death.
