My new Vbob

First of all, thank you all for all the information and tons of resources for my knowledge! Ive been wanting a 1911 of sorts for quite some time but never really decided what I wanted but after doing alot of reading and research I think I made my best firearms decision yet! I ordered a vbob last week through one of our distributors( I work at a gun shop) and it came in monday. First impressions: This thing is a work of art! Ive seen/shot a few wilsons, a nighthawk, brown and numerous kimbers and springfields but I think the dan wesson is by far the best bang for the buck! This gun is every bit as nice as brown, baers, wilsons or anyone elses 1911 for a fraction of the price! Well last night I got to the range and put 150 rounds down range, pure bliss!! This gun is absolutely amazing to shoot! This is the first time ive been able to put any kind of serious number of 45 down range and Im in love. The gun is just an absolute pleasure and an absolute blast to shoot! My girlfriend went to the range with me and she just started shooting and fell in love with it, maybe i shouldnt have let her shoot it... it may happen to go missing one of these days and I have a feeling ill know right where to look! But overal I am absolutely in love with this gun, and for the money I spent im very pleased with my purchase. So if your thinking of buying one, but still on the fence, BUY ONE, you wont regret it!
