You have no idea! Les makes Great Guns, I will agree on that. But to imply that HIS Guns are PERFECT and could not need ANY warranty work at all even when a Very Experienced 1911 shooter tells Him the sights are way off, He treated Me like I was a Kid who never shot a Pistol. I told Him at the start of our "talk" that I own many 1911's and have shot them for many years. He expected Me to PAY to ship the Entire Gun to Him, and He said He would replace or fix the sights, but in His mind, I was the problem, not the sights!
6 inches high and 4 inches left POI. at 50 feet! I Sold the gun! Used the $ to buy another Dan Wesson. No regrets. Had right much money left after buying the Dan Wesson Valor.
My Local Gun Dealer told Me that Les called HIM a Stupid Son of a Bit*h.
This is why I won't buy another Baer. Not risking it.
