Hold on folks.....It was ruled unconstitutional, which in layman's terms doesn't mean squat.
Just like they ruled conceal carry permits being denied unconstitutional earlier this year. Guess what? Sheriffs dept's are still not issuing conceal carry permits, as they are dragging their asses. Same will go for the 10 day wait. Sadly, it'll go through appeals courts and blah blah blah...maybe, this time next year or so, we will no longer have to wait 10 days to get a gun that I bought and paid for. Yes, it's a victory, but it'll be awhile before it gets implemented!

 , you are right it was just a ruling, and the wheels willl turn slowley, but I think the victory is a step in the right directions for rights in CA....onece it starts small but will get better and better overtime....it takes slow starts....Its good!

Cali Goobernor Jerry Brown will keep throwing sliders at gun owners. If it isn't waiting periods it will be ammo, or reloading components. I see a fabulous need for a new highway to Nevada.
