Sarge, I'm not sure if you knew this, but the picture is actually of Dana Stone, who was a well-known Vietnam war photographer. He's most well known for disappearing in Cambodia in 1970 with another combat photog named Flynn (son of Errol Flynn from the old B&W movies).

His work was really respected. They never found him.

I knew that Flynn ( Errol's son ) and another war photographer went missing, but I didn't know this was Dana Stone.

Sure wouldn't catch me out in the boonies during a firefight with only a 35mm camera around my neck. They definitely had some cojones that's for sure.
