I use Decot HY-Wyde with my prescription and a +1 in my shooting lens.
That will give you a sharp front sight and a fairly sharp target. It will also blur out the rear sight (just what you want, Sharp in the front). But be prepared, these glasses are expensive, and they come in several colors.
