Beautiful and touching photo, but it does look photoshoped. The area around the eagle is hazy and doesn't look natural. I have seen eagles that big, but it does look disproportionate to the tombstone. But, I could be wrong.

There are areas of un-natural pixelation all around the eagle.
This can happen with JPEGs near sharp borders between contrasting colors, even with no retouching or Photoshopping, but I don't see any similar pixelation anywhere else in the picture.
