I have a sure fire on my and love it I am sure there lights are as good as it.

I carry a streamlight defender adn that is super good. takes those little batteries though...

I used to use the Streamlight SL, as my duty light, then went to the Streamlight Stinger, then went to the even smaller Sure-Fire 6Z. Still have them and they've all served me well.

I keep a couple of Surefires in my truck, I just bought this Fenix to try something different. It will stay beside my bed.

I was able to pick up several of the Fenix PD10's 1 cr123a 180 lumens. Picked them up for $24.99 each. I use Surefire's for my primary and the Fenix as backup."Two is one, one is none".
