I've never done one of those, but doesn't seem like it'd be too hard... Is it time for a new member of the COTEP Deacon family? What about doing it with snap loops instead of slots? Then you don't have to undress to put it on or take it off.

Don't know why that wouldn't work, I have a cheap SOB and it's problem is it doesn't hug close enough to your body. I thought the 3rd example looked like it would stay close but haven't found one to actually try.

This might be more due to the belt than the holster. I'm in a prototype mood (currently trying to make a "dual carry" IWB/OWB combo) so I'll toss a prototype together.
