Ok so my LGS had one in display. not for sale yet but display trying to create buzz. I fondled it and it was pretty awesome!!! I want one. They said it would be $1299 though...

It was really nice.

I not only want one, I'll have one! IF I can find one! This may just be Colt going all out to save itself, and that may benefit us. We know they are capable of building some fine wheel guns!

I'll probably wear it deer and hog hunting and use it at close range if the opportunity arises. Right now I have a Super Blackhawk Hunter for that. Hell I'd trade the SBH for the Python in a hearbeat!

I have handled old school versions and this felt really good like them. Trigger was nice, crisp, maybe a little heavy but you know that can be helped. I was really liking it. I didn’t get to mess with it much but I thought it was very well done.

My Comments:I told everybody, I WILL have one. I Have one now! Scored it 2 weeks ago!
