Lol....you guys are too .

I'm Cuban, all of my family obviously speaks fluent Spanish. BUT, they ALL learned ENGLISH when we came here. They may have a heavy accent but, at least they can speak and understand English. My feelings are.....if you plan to live in a different country than your birth country, then learn their language and respect their beliefs/ way of life. I shouldn't have to push "1" for English on the phone.

With that said. They should still have at least links on the main site that will take them to a different language for the basics. Then ad a link to an English language school.

El problemo no es los muchachos queien quiero vive aqui y solomente necisicito unpoco "help while learning".

El problemo es ellos quien tengo "no one" por practican iengles. Y ellos son pena por habla mucho.

Those people are marginalized and insulted and driven to only speaking a comfortable language.

My wife's parents are both from Cuba, one speaks perfect English with an accent, the other is very uncomfortable speaking English. Where he worked and lived it became easy to speak only Spanish. Oh he is also a US Army veteran. So he has taken an oath I never took.

I have no problem with alternate languages for those that need help.
