12 or 13 is still pretty good.
Shall sign rules should no longer be considered, 41F eliminated the need for CLEO sign off. Open carry will happen eventually, I'm not too sure about campus carry. Having a daughter in college, I think it would be nice. OTOH, I've met some of her classmates, and some of them fall into the "should never be entrusted to handle a firearm." category.

Got my issue this morning, looked up Tennessee.... being from Connecticut, I was ecstatic about moving here... only to find that my new home is only "in the middle"..... at number 23. But 10,000 percent better than Connecticut!
