We already basically have this in CT. You have to have a CCW or a ammo certificate to buy ammo in CT and have to download your ID for ammo online. Total BS does nothing but make the state money for the permits and make it so a lot of ammo companies won't ship ammo to CT.

Bottom line is we need national carry privileges with a system that models Florida, Texas, etc. And anti-gun states need to get in line with the program.
