I still have Bianchi shoulder holsters for my SW 38 snub... and my Glock 19. But although I used them extensively in my early years, I would have to say I never really liked them. Comfortable? eh.... sorta kinda.... practical? not really for me.... but the most important reality for me is that in a firefight, when you are tunnel visioned and as some put it... "In the zone".... I think I would have been just as likely to blow my left shoulder off as stop the target from hurting me. That's why I don't wear an ankle holster either. I'm just super comfortable with a IWB Crossbreed, or an OWB pancake holster from any quality manufacturer.
Just my 2 cents.... hope this helps in the decision process. Just remember to practice practice practice with any new holster combination. You have to have the muscle memory to make it work. +Michael
