COTEP Cowboy Holster
A while (long while...) back, offered up a holster for a Karma. Gary was the lucky winner, and requested a holster for his cowboy action. Thanks to this suggestion, I've been able to build a whole new type of holster - with the COTEP touch. This has been an interesting project, giving me the chance to try a few new things (I'm a clod when it comes to braiding - ask my daughters...)
Anyway, here's what we came up with. I used 4/5oz leather, and laminated two pieces together, then cut out the pattern. This results in no exposed "flesh" side of the leather, everything's nice and finished. It also has a closed toe, which offered up a new sewing challenge... Looking at the picture, I realize how messy my work bench is... embarrassing... This is shipping out today... Lane
