Lost a WWII veteran today
We lost my grandfather today. He was a WWII Army veteran who fought in Germany. He taught me a lot, he was the one who taught me how to shoot and appreciate firearms. Most of the guns you all have seen me post up here are his that are on loan to me. His house was heavily damaged in Hurricane Michael and his collection needed evacuating. Mike was good enough to help out getting them cleaned up. I gave him updates on how his rifles and pistols were shooting and he kept saying I was having all the fun! He was 94 years old so it’s not like this wasn’t expected but it still hits pretty hard. Here are a couple articles from last year about him.
