Default Looking for my own DW

And needing to know if what I really want is out there some where.

Did DW make a Commander-sized Duce in 10mm?

If not, I'll have to be a little less picky in what I want to search for.

Thanks,

Will

They made a bobbed commander and a 5" RZ-10 in 10mm.

Thank you.

I really like the looks of the Duce (Called Bi-tone, I think by SA, for example) and was hoping there might be one like it out there in 10mm.

I'm not sure why 10mm exactly. I have one 1911 in 10mm and it stays in the safe.

I'd settle for the .45 .

Best,

Will

Olympus has a 2-tone CBOB in 10mm. They didn't make many of them. A pic of his is in this thread: http://www.cotep.org/forum/showthread.php?t=417

DW had a two tone 10mm CBOB listed in the catalog. I'd call Dave Severns to see if he can still gwet one for you. Or, you could find an all stainless CBOB and have the slide coated.

I own a factory two-tone CBOB in 10mm as someone else has posted. Good luck finding one though. The factory two-tone 10mm CBOBs were only made in 2009 and DW only produced 100 of them. This has been confirmed by Keith at DW. If you find one, be sure to check the serial number. You might find a custom CBOB with an aftermarket finished slide posing as a factory two-tone.

As far as I know all the 10mm CBOBS were two tone. I have three 10mm CBOBS and they are all two toned. One of them was reversed by Dave Severns. I have a Guardian Duce but it is in 45. The only non bobed Commander 10mm is a custom one owed by one of our members.

Not all 10mm CBOBs were two-tone. They made them in all stainless as well.
