Hhhhmmmm What the HELL!
I went down to the garage this afternoon to empty my carry mag before the monthly cleaning of my Guardian. I know my eye sight is not the greatest now days. But try as I might I could not find the third dot on my sight profile. I can see the rear pair plain as day but no front dot, the blade is there but no dot.
So up close inspection found the guts are in there but the lens assembly and seal are gone. What the hell, never had this happen before how about any of you guys?  Guess I be calling DW tomorrow...

Have you recently shot it or do you think it fell out without any cause? I have had some front sight "dots" fall out during a range session before.

Looks like the adhesive/sealant is lifting from the sight. Probably did the same to the tritium vial. Probably some solvent leaked between the vial and the sight and weakened the seal.
What solvents are you using? I recall reading somewhere that you can cover the sights with a dab of clear nail polish to seal them from cleaning chemicals.

Hadn't shot it for nearly a month. I pack it everywhere, in either a modified Galco hiride fletch or a Wright custom. Both cover to the muzzle.
I noticed it right off yesterday before the 1st round. Soon as the weapon came up, I'm like WTF?? sight profile is screwey, I'm going blind??? So I safety it and got a magnifying glass and found the mess. The guts are in there but lose.
