Yes they are, Irons are zeroed at 25 yards, Red Dot sets just on top of my front sight. Like a lollipop.

Cool. If I get an optic for the rifle my wife doesn't know I just ordered last night I'd want a similar set up. Everyone says EO's are faster but I think I'd prefer an Aimpoint.

EOTech being a holographic it will over power your target out at distant.
Aimpoint is a true red dot and is very crisp and subtle on target.

I own two aimpoint comp m2s and I love them.
