Thumbs up How to upgrade your Glock 17

"Oh Great!" you are saying to yourself, another build.

Well, this is how I upgraded my G17. Here is a picture of it with a Streamlight attached.

The first step was to take a picture of it (therefor admitting I owned one ) and post it on the internet in an ad. Wait what? "An ad?" Yes, a WTT ad on several forums. Then when you ignore or dismiss the low ballers, you make an appointment to meet the person with an interesting offer. You make the deal and you bring home your new to you upgraded 17. Here is a picture or ten of my new pistol.......

"Uhm, that's not a g17!"

Damn right it aint! It's a M&P9 V-tac. Oh yeah.......

The sights have two sets of dots, which can seem confusing. But, the top set are fiber optic and light up bright with the slightest bit of light. The lower set are tritium and only light up at night. So, when shooting the pistol, just use the set that is lit up at that particular time. I honestly do not know if I like the setup but, I will give it a fair try.

BTW: in case you don't see the sarcasm with the smack talk, I just messing with a couple of guys.

Nice buddy really like that. The colors are really good. The only thing I don't care for is the markings on the slide. The marking on non ejection side are really nice but the words on the ejection side are just too much for my tastes. But its a great gun can't wait to see a range report!!! Congrats

Well, the first way to upgrade is to have never bought one in the first place, but this trade is definitely a close second.

Great trade brother.

I understand the gun pics with the brewskie and knife, but WTH is with the gun pics with fruits and cookies???? You done lost your marbles?

Damn, son! You downgraded. Remember, imitation is the highest form of flattery.

Seriously, good luck with it.

Lawyer crap. If I go custom build on this, that'll be the first thing to go.

Fruits are good for you and Oreos are a must in a stable diet. Plus, I was being silly.

Lol..... Notice how the grip angle is "correct" on the Smith. This is the main reason for the trade.

Yep, any M&P is an upgrade to block; even a plain black one!
