Newbie Here form Martinez, CA
Hello COTEP members!
I am applying for a COTEP membership  I've obseved COTEP talk in the DW section of the 1911 forum for quite some time, but actually really never figured out to join, LOL. Until I noticed revived thread asking just that.I'm live Martinez, CA. I have several DW's, with a PM7 currently at Severns customs, having work done. Waited a while in Dave's que, I'm quite stoked to hear news. Should be any day now. I'll sureposts pics when I get her back. I have a PM7 mentioned above, a CBOB, a VBOB in black, and a Valor in black and SS. I really like my DW's, and have recently been thinning overall the herd to mostly 1911's. To me, DW's are an excellent value... If I had to pick a "favorite", I'd have to say it's going to be the PM7 when it returns, knowing the quality of work Dave does. It's going to have a bead blasted SS finish and the following work: * Hard fit match barrel w/ 11 degree target crown flush cut * Oversize front bushing * 25 LPI FS checkering * FO front site (green Dawson P) * Blended Ed Brown? 2-pc Magwell * Integrated undercut trigger guard * Tasteful external dehorning * Countersunk/shortened slide stop * Satin Bead blast finish Here are some pics of my DW's (minus the VBOB in black, I just got it):     And my PM7, PRIOR to sending it in to Severns.
